This policy explains what information Winning Ads collects when you visit winningads.shop or buy the Winning Ads template pack, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Winning Ads sells editable Meta ad templates for Figma through winningads.shop. For any privacy question or request, email winningads.shop@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you browse the site: like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. These logs are used for security, caching and keeping the site running.

When you buy the pack: checkout is handled by Gumroad. Gumroad shares your name, email address, country and order details with us so we can deliver your purchase and send product updates. Your payment card details are processed by Gumroad and never reach us.

When you contact us: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

Cookies

The site uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, we will update this policy before doing so.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and sell the pack: Hostinger for hosting, Gumroad for checkout and delivery, and Google Fonts for the typeface used on the site, which means your browser requests font files from Google. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the information above to deliver your purchase, send you free updates to the pack, answer your questions, keep the site secure and understand how to improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order and customer information for as long as you own the pack, so we can send updates, and as long as we need it for tax and accounting records. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you product emails, by writing to winningads.shop@gmail.com. Every product email also includes a way to unsubscribe.

Children

The site and the pack are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
